Today, according to The Hour, is the pothead’s holiday, in light of being April (04) 20th. Colour me naive, but I had not heard this concept of “4:20″ before. The closest I’ve ever come to doing drugs was getting helplessly hotboxed at a friend’s birthday party. That jumbo box of Cheerios really did hit the spot that night.
Can anyone enlighten me about this 4:20 deal?

go figure that growing up in a white, upper class neighbourhood in high school everyone knew what 4:20 meant. I think the origins of 4:20 had to do with some kids in the 60′s or 70′s always meeting at the school to smoke up at 4:20pm. So eventually 4:20 just was synonymous with getting high. I’m sure google or wiki will have a more complete history
