As part of our wine-tasting series (for our wedding reception), Kurt and I have been trying out new recipes to pair with our weekend white and red wine selections. Saturday was an excellent ahi-tuna dish encrusted with sesame, and Sunday was a roast lamb with a whipped red pepper emulsion. I am usually anti-tuna (except for tuna salad) so the ahi recipe must be fantabulous!
